We are founded on the belief that businesses can be powerful forces for positive change.

Justin St. Pierre, the firm's founder, recognised the potential for companies to leverage their resources, expertise, and reach to address pressing educational, social, and environmental challenges.

Following a series of corporate leadership roles spanning the US and Asia Pacific, Justin served as General Manager of a technology company that provided products and services to over 2,700 primary and secondary schools across Australia and New Zealand. This experience supporting schools to improve learning outcomes, address digital inclusion, inspire technology adoption, and navigate the threats facing children, ignited Justin’s passion to support mission-driven organisations.
Drawing from his experience in corporate leadership and his deep-rooted passion for supporting the education sector, Justin established JSP Advisors with the following core principles:
01
Purpose-driven leadership: Lead with a clear sense of purpose that goes beyond financial gain.
02
Human-centered design: Understand the needs and aspirations of individuals and communities to create solutions that truly make a difference.
03
Technology for good: Harness technology as a powerful tool to drive positive change, improve efficiency, and enhance social impact.
04
Shared benefits: Create mutually beneficial partnerships.
05
Collaborative Problem-Solving: Leveraging collective strengths to find innovative solutions.
06
Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing progress through embracing a culture of learning and adaptation.
07
Resilience: Build solutions that are adaptable, sustainable, and capable of weathering challenges.
JSP Advisors' foundation is rooted in an ambition to make a positive difference in the world. The firm's approach is grounded in sound business practices and a genuine desire to create a better future for all.
